Processing of DMCA Notices

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will expeditiously remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content in our catalog. Since the content is created by users of third-party systems and not Cardaroo users, counter-notification procedures are not applicable.

Contact the Hosting Provider

Please note that Cardaroo does not host or store any audio files, images, or content. Our catalog merely maintains an index of URLs pointing to content hosted on third-party platforms. To ensure complete removal of infringing content from the internet, you should also submit a DMCA notice to the actual hosting provider where the content is stored.

While we will remove references to infringing content from our catalog, the content itself will remain accessible on the internet until the hosting provider takes action.
